Meet Executive Producer Jason Sievert and Senior Executive Beau Leslie. After discovering that overseas contractors couldn't deliver the creative control and quality Speaker Life demanded, the team, together for nearly six years, brought the podcast's entire production in-house. The payoff: a proven, end-to-end process that now empowers clients to launch media platforms of their own.

Speaker Life Media is a multi-platform media company founded by me, Lea Woodford, that serves professional speakers, coaches, and entrepreneurs through a magazine, podcast, and YouTube channel.

Our story

Lea Woodford launched Speaker Life Magazine in 2019. She formed Speaker Life Media in 2025, combining her love of print with the reach of digital media to give speakers, coaches, entrepreneurs, and event planners a dedicated resource.

A professional speaker since 2007, Lea saw the need for a resource for speakers, coaches, entrepreneurs, and the event planners looking to book them. Early in her career, she noticed that women were far less represented on stages than men, and she created Speaker Life to help level the playing field. The Speaker Life Summit brings the community together in person. She later added the podcast and YouTube channel to complete the entire Speaker Life ecosystem.

Today, Speaker Life Media brings leading thought leaders and experts together to help speakers grow and event planners find the right voices. At its heart is Lea's passion for helping more women get on stages and changing who gets seen and heard.
